Purchased a minky blanket for Christmas present 12/5/2024. Received invoice and paid full amount immediately through ******. When i received the blanket, it was not at all as described and poor quality. Requested a refund. Owner agreed. mailed blanket back On December 14, 2024 and paid $10.40 returned shipping. Tracking showed it was picked up at post office approximately December 17. I waited until after holidays for refund and when none came i emailed again on December 30, 2024. owner said she sent refund December 30 and i should wait 10 days to get refund. When there was still no refund on January 17 emailed again inquiring about refund. owner responded on January 27, and reissued refund asked me to wait 3 days. I have received no refund to date, February 1, 2025. owner said she doesn't know how to do it in quick books. ****** won't help as dispute over 30 days old. I'd just like my refund back. she also charged me shipping when her **** site says free shipping for order over $35.00, blanket was $40. I didn't see that until after i sent it back I also had to pay for the return shipping owner very sporadic with responses to emails and doesn't answer phone or voice mail messages.

Carraige house must have received your complaint. I got a refund through pay pal this morning, not the return shipping but I am good.
