Most ************** company who likes to steal vehicles that are owned and paid off. This company came to my house, hooked my car up to their wheel lift and stated they were repossessing it even though the employee was shown the title clearly stating the vehicle is owned and paid off. Have owned the vehicle for over 2 years. The employee still proceeded to take my vehicle. After multiple calls to various lean companies, I was able to pick up my vehicle two days later, but I had to be the one to use my time and gas to pick it up. I stated to the employee that they should be the ones to bring it back since they screwed up and the employee said that "he is not getting paid for it and will not bring it back." When I arrived at the location, I was shocked to see that it was some random house and my vehicle was parked in the backyard with no security gates, no surveillance, and no other vehicles. Upon speaking to the employee, he attempted to have me sign a waiver stating the company and lien company was at no fault and did no harm. The worst part about this is that he attempted to get me to sign it without allowing me to read it fully and stated that he would send me a copy via email. DO BETTER!!!

I only gave it a star because I had to before I could post a review. This company repossessed my vehicle Saturday. I asked the driver where I could retrieve the items in the truck and he told me it was against the law to tell me. Their number goes straight to voicemail and no return calls. There is well over $8000 worth of tools and supplies that they pretty much have stolen! The owner Tracy Matheny should have already been in trouble for theft from all the reviews I have read so far.

I am sorry to hear you have been having a problem getting in touch with our company. Please make sure you are calling our office number of 740-616-8495. Sometimes you may get our voicemail if every employee is already on a phone call. We hold personal property for each customer for 30 days after repossession. I would advise you to call office back and they will help you set up an apt with our field agent to retrieve personals

I would literally leave them zero stars if I could. They towed our car when we were over an hour from our home. We went in to a store for a few moments and came out to find our car had been repossessed with no contact from the truck driver. Towing my car in December leaving us stranded with my 6 month old baby is bad enough, but I made arrangements with my finance company to have the car released to me over a misunderstanding with the finance company, but I was not allowed to pick up my car with the babies seat in it, until the next day. When I arrived over an hour and 45 minutes later, the “driver” of the truck hit a vape right in my face, while they were rude to my father who kindly asked if they were who we needed to talk to. Very unprofessional and in better terms a scum company that needs to rethink how they handle business. Times are tough on people, and to have trucks circling blocks with scanners should be illegal. They left us stranded in a town that was far from our home, in the cold of December trying to make a scummy buck. Thanks to them, they repossessed my car for less than 24 hours, while I was already in contact with the finance company arranging payment, and cost me over $500. Our entire savings depleted on a $10 scanner from eBay and a truck driver that had no human decency. This company is a joke, and money must be king, because treating people with decency isn’t.
