    I had a tree cut down and the stump removed many months ago. Part of the original job request was to remove one branch from the tree 15 feet to the right that was about to contact the power line. I was told it would be taken care of also. At the time of the tree removal, the crew refused to remove the single limb. I called back the following day and the company sent out an employee and the employee stated that he would put the single limb removal on his schedule. When I enquired as to the cost of a single limb removal the employee stated that there was no cost. After three months of calls the single limb is now in contact of the power line. The company will not return phone calls.
