I request a refund in the amount of $150. Per the agreement between the school district myself in the traveling classroom I understood that I was forfeiting their initial deposit of $100 however, my remaining balance of $150 would be refund it to me in the event that my child cannot attend the trip.. I have made several request online for a refund. I have submitted a claim with ***** for a refund. I even reached out to the school who intern reached out to the traveling classroom at which point I got an email stating that they would be sending me my refund in the mail as of May 14. I have yet to receive said refund, they are no longer responding to any of my request nor have they responded to the request from *****.. I even sent them an email stating that if I have to pay my bank to get my money back, I’m going to request the entire amount of $250 back for breach of contract since they are not upholding their bargain by refunding my money as agreed-upon. I have been requesting a refund since the end of January with no results.

This person has been refunded the 2nd payment of  $150  The original $100 deposit was clearly advertised non-refundable. . After receiving the $150 refund this person also filed for the same refund through Venmo.   The person now owes Traveling Classrooms $150 which most likely will never be returned.
