      Safe and Sound did resolve this to my satisfaction. I received the money from them that "broke the contract with (******). The gentleman I spoke with was very sincere. My home safety equipment is working fine.

      Came to my house and said my then current home security company (******) was pulling out of the area I lived in (*********** WV) and replaced the equipment with ******** Home Security. About 3 months later, I realized ****** was still charging me for the service. When I called them, they said I was a victim of fraud, and ****** was not leaving the area. The gentleman who installed ******** stated they would take care of the contract. They did not. When I attempted to call Safe-N-Sound they always referred me to a Dan G****** who never returned my calls, ****** was not apologetic, nor did they offer to reduce the break contract fee which was over $700.00. Their big concern was getting their equipment back. I actually like ******** better and went with them. Safe and Sound is working with the approval of ******** so that is a red flag for me. They need to stop letting Safe and Sound represent them and Safe and Sound should be held accountable for fraud.

      Safe N Sound reached out on 3/25 to offer a resolution to this situation. We will be issuing a reimbursement per the customer's request immediately. The customer stated they are happy with services.
