I have been billed fraudulently by this company for over 2 years. Multiple attempts to resolve have been unsuccessful. Emails phone calls have done nothing. They still are trying to charge me for a service I didn’t sign up for for a house that I don’t own. Management is incompetent. Also filing lawsuit to get rid of them.

    Business Response

    Date: 01/15/2025

I am writing in response to a customer complaint. In August of 2022, we began providing termite protection on a home for new customer. Our company’s termite protection program comes with an annual renewal to maintain the termite baiting system. If the customer wishes to cancel, the baiting system is removed. In this instance, the customer in question sold the home we were servicing. We did not receive notice that the home had been sold or that the customer wished to cancel service. When it came time for the annual renewal, we serviced the termite system. Since the previous homeowner was still the person of record on this account, they were charged the renewal fee via the credit card on file. Our signed service agreement authorizes automatic payments. When the customer reached out to dispute this charge, the error was realized by our staff. The payment was refunded in full, and the credit card info was removed from our records. We no longer maintain termite protection on this home for this customer. The only payment that we have received that was not refunded was the initial payment for the installation in August of 2022.
     Thank You,
