Got sold a motor and told it ran great. Took it to another machine shop and owner said crank was broken. Definitely not very honest as that is what he claims to be. $800 wasted on a scrap motor.

Simply just do not use this company for any engine work I spent a ton of time and money and was never satisfied (or even close) sold junk motor ran 45 min after had professionally installed Had pulled hauled back and warranty meant I pay 1800 more money Lied about cause of failure No boat did not take water through exhaust while running at 4000 rpm on smooth lake Never started before I picked up like promised Lost new connectors I gave so had to buy again Did not return throttle cable bracket off motor He insisted I return full motor to him I really knew I was taken when I read other persons complaint and it was similar to mine Guy called me exact same names and used same (non customer service friendly verbiage) Cheaters never respond well when called out Suggest you run from this place before you do any business there

I am the owner of this establishment. We work hard to satisfy our customers. We service 11 marinas throughout Ohio West Virginia and Pennsylvania. This customer accused me of not placing one one particular bracket. We place each and every part back one. His language was pretty bad and he fails to tell the truth, he blew his original engine up do to backwash reversion scavenging. His warranty was already expired and I still cut him a good deal. I strongly feel that his Marina or mechanics lost this bracket and easy to blame me. I did buy him this part and sent it to him FED-EX. The engine he said thats no-good is running just fine, I seen him with it and he avoided seeing me. His story is totally fabricated and if it was true, the repeat engine has a warranty thats still in force.
