Thompson Entertainment requires a non-refundable $100.00 down-payment (DJ/Emcee Services) or 50% (non-refundable) of the total as a down-payment (Officiating and Photo Booths) upon booking our services to accompany the event booking contract. Account balances are due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event date unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
Refunds: Down payments (aka Deposit/Retainer) are always non-refundable. Any other balances paid towards the account (minus the down payment) are subject to a refund under the following condition(s): Events cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the contracted event are eligible to receive a 50% refund of any balances paid (excluding down payment). Events cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the contracted event are eligible for a full refund of any balances paid (excluding down payment)
