Retainers are 100% refundable within the first 7 days of signing
After 7 days, the $50 deposit is retained and a $100 contract cancellation fee will be added to cancel the contract
If the reservation is cancelled in less than 90 days prior to the event - 50% of the contract total PLUS the $100 contract cancellation fee will be needed to cancel the contract.
Cancellations within 30 days of the reserved date will no be refunded and 100% of the contract will be payable.
If our services to not meet your expectations, financial adjustments may be made on a case by case basis
