    A technician at Experimax Canton OH broke my ****** camera (back) & front screen. Then asked me to put a monetary deposit of $150 to replace front screen. I took it in for 1 of 3 (top one) camera ****** glass to be replaced. Took my ****** to ***** ****** mall and they expressed outrage at the situation. They asked I file with BBB to ask for reparations of costs to me. See ***** documentation-technician stuck sticker over camera lens surrounded by a glue of some kind I was charged for the camera glass yet his action damaged the camera itself which was intact beforehand

    Customer came into our store with ****** 13 model but told us it's ****** 12 model. So we offered $150 to replace the camera lens screen if it's ****** 12 model. Because ****** 13 and ****** 12 is identical from outside, we would not know until we open the screen and check it from inside. Later we found out it was ****** 13 and it will cost much more to fix the screen and camera lens. Typically it's around $400-$500 to fix the screen. We declined to fix the issue because it wasn't 12 models but 13 model and we didn't have the right parts for ****** 13. We would fix the screen and camera lens if she agrees to pay for $400-$500 but she declined because she thinks it's $150. There's no repair shops who can fix ****** 13 screen for $150. It's not our fault that her screen is cracked. It was already cracked at the corner when she brought it in and we told her that the crack will get worse if we open the screen. Not sure what ***** ***** told her but ***** ***** always referred us to our customers for ****** repairs. It's not fair for us to receive this kind of complaint because we tried to help her out but she thinks that she can repair the screen on ****** 13 for $150. She is upset because she paid $500 or more at the ***** ***** for a replacement phone but it wasn't our fault from the beginning. She had crack screen and crack lens and we were trying to help her.
