    International Contracting and/ or ***** and ************************* hired my company to complete trucking work for a job at ****************** hauling demo debris away from the site. We completed this task, provided the invoice, which they ignored several times; then after several calls made, they finally answered and stated, they never got paid from the contractor themselves, they stated they would pay me when paid. My attorney got proof they were paid everything but retain-age, but that there were issues on OTHER concerns to which did not pertain to our work we performed or were hired for. Now they state even with a signed contract that "I never actually worked for them, and they don't owe me anything." We started this job with a signed contract, emails and text messages to coordinate the work, and finished the job with emails and texts discussing payment. Now they have contacted the police so I cannot call them and try to collect the debt owed. After searching around several other contractors seem to be having the same issues with getting paid. 0/5 would recommend working for, working with, or hiring to complete any job. It's ridiculous to have everything correct on our end, be lied to repeatedly, and be cheated out of money. To have to resort to an attorney and be forced to spend more money to get what is rightfully ours. ***** himself told me he filed on the General Contractors bond because he was owed hundreds of thousands of dollars and they weren't paying him, which, again was proven to be incorrect by my attorney.
