TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We purchased out home about a year ago to find it had a filter serviced by *** at Crystal Clear. *** took the time to show me how to properly change the filters and maintain the system. Recently, I was having issues removing my filter housing and reached out to *** for advice and to trouble shoot the issue. *** followed up the following day to ensure I was able to remove the housing to replace the filter. I was not able to remove the housing and *** went out of his was to swing by my house on his way home to assist in removing the housing and replacing the filter.

We recently installed a water softener in our home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional.The team arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions about the system and its benefits.
