      We chose Dwayne Spencer Funeral Home to do our funeral arrangements for paye yarzue who died on 12/28/24. We told the funeral home Paye Yarzue wanted his body to be shipped to *******. The funeral home told us they was able to do this. **** told us they use a company called ******************************* that works directly with the embassy and the consulate. Dwayne Spencer Funeral told us they have been doing the paperwork since Jan 8th. They aren't able to send the proof there has been contact with ***.

      The funeral for Paye Yarzue was held at Dwayne Spencer on 2/8/25. We was told Paye Yarzue's body will be shipped out on 2/10/25. This is so painful for the family. Paye Yarzue body is just at funeral home. We have no answers , no one is responding to our calls and emails. The funeral home has charged the insurance company for the shipping to *******. This is so unfair and unprofessional
