    This company goes over and above to make the project correct. They respond to all phone calls or questions promptly. They keep you advised of daily progress. Friendly and courteous!

    The owner, *****, his project manager *****, and their team do great work. ****** works in the office and was quick to respond to questions and overall, very easy to communicate with. The whole process was enjoyable, and I will use this company again for future projects.

    I had a very good experience working with Scott (owner), Loren (Project Manager), Robert (Estimator), Sheila (Office Manager) and the teams who replaced my garage roof, painted the garage ceiling and replaced the gutter. I would recommend RAH Home Improvements to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement. Overall positives were the high quality work that was done (garage roof, painting the ceiling, gutter replacement) and the excellent communication from the entire RAH team. The only negatives outside of the considerable delay with the insurance process (not RAH’s fault) were a few extra trips to my house the estimator had to make. I learned (thanks to Scott) that the delay with the insurance company mentioned earlier was due to an IT communication issue between the Claims Management company and my insurance company. This caused weeks of delays getting the claim processed but again, this was not RAH's fault. In fact, Scott was actively working with the Claims Management company trying to find a workaround. On the estimates - no sample was taken initially, then a partial on the second visit and finally a full shingle. This was due to Robert/RAH not knowing the specifics of what my insurance company required. Small thing overall but seemed avoidable. Between Scott, Robert and Loren (Project Manager), RAH did an excellent job in communicating. Loren especially was proactive with updates and it was clear he was working as hard as he could to get the various crews lined up to complete the repairs. The garage roof ultimately went first and was done in about half a day. The garage roof painters and gutter crew came about 2 weeks later and finished same day. All crews were receptive to my questions & requests and did high quality work. The overall experience with the team at RAH was an excellent one. I will definitely be reaching out to them again with future home repair needs.

    I wanted to take a moment to thank Scott (owner) for all the help and support he gave us on securing a claim with our insurance company. The insurance company was playing a lot of games with us and trying to deny our valid claim, Scott fought hard for us against the insurance company to secure a review of our case and ultimately a settlement. If you are looking for an honest hard working contractor I'd recommend RAH Home Improvements.
