      We were supposed to get our tux for our bridal party on 10/7 - 10/9 and they didn't come in till 10/10 for our wedding which was on 10/12. A lot of the guy's tux sleeves needed fixing, the ties were wrong, we had missing ties, we were missing a tux jacket, and the groom's white shirt was stained. They were only open from 3-5 on 10/10 and opened at 12 on 10/11, there wasn't much time for these guys to get things fixed before the rehearsal that was on Friday, 10/11. A lot of us went on Friday to get some of the issues fixed and they said they would bring everything to the Airbnb on Saturday, 10/12, the day of our wedding. Well, when everything arrived we were still missing a tie and there were pens still in the groom's sleeves of the jacket. The lady who delivered the stuff said it wasn't in the agreement for her to fix this stuff on-site. However, she ended up fixing it. We took everything back on Monday and I told the man that was working that I would like the owner to call me to talk to me because I would like a refund. She has not called me yet. We paid $140 for the jacket, tie, and shirt and it all of this was nothing but a mess. Something a bride and a groom shouldn't have to worry about before or after their wedding.
