      This company is a con they make you buy the warranty and don't want to fix you car K**** is a liar they literally Swindle, you out of your money and argue with you based on your repairs. Even if it is in a warranty, I sat on the phone and argued with kathy 42 hours because she was stating they would not fix my broken axle, which is in the warranty. You should not use this company. They are con artist.

      This customer, *** ********, has a 3 mo 3,000 mi Powertrain Service Agreement (not a warranty). The Agreement has a $1.000.00 Limit of Liability less her $50.00 deductible. She had a claim in March 2024, we authorized the claim and paid the shop $898.58. She still has $51.42 available for another claim. At the time her vehicle was in the shop in March, she was advised by the repair facility, her Axle Seal (non covered item) was leaking, she did not have it fixed at that time. She called 04-09-2024 stating that her Axle broke. We would not cover the Axle at this point due to neglect of allowing seal to continue leaking. She has accused us of being con artists, swindlers, liars, etc, even though we have upheld our Agreement, and paid her first claim. We are very sorry we were unable for her to understand how Service Agreements work. Thank you
