    We have sent our 2010 diesel truck to this company 3 times for the same issue. They have had our truck in their shop for nearly 2/12 years!!! We have paid them $26,000 (see attached) and as of today the truck is back for the same problem. We have gone weeks without contact from them and still do not have the truck running correctly so it is at the shop and they have no idea when they will be done with it again.

    Dear ****,
    I apologize for the ongoing issues you and **** have encountered with his truck. The challenges with the *** actuator and turbo have proven difficult to pinpoint accurately. We have diligently followed Ford's detailed diagnostic procedures to ensure we make informed decisions regarding the repairs. I want to emphasize that due to my relationship with ****, all diagnostic work has been conducted at no charge.

    Regarding the concern that the truck has returned multiple times for the "same" issues, I must clarify that this is not accurate. The initial visit was for a broken transmission, which we sent out for repair. Concurrently, we also addressed leaking head gaskets after pulling the cab. Each repair was distinct and unrelated. The subsequent visit was due to a camshaft failure, a known issue in the 6.4 Powerstroke engine platform, which **** had previously repaired at J&K Auto & Truck Repair in *********, ****. Given the prior repair and subsequent engine block damage at the lifter bore, we opted to install a short block at a significant discount, with parts provided at a minimal markup due to our recent head gasket work.

    Currently, the truck is with us for an antifreeze leak, which has been resolved. Additionally, we are addressing an oil leak and investigating a power issue. I have attempted to contact **** to discuss proceeding with a new turbocharger installation, and I await his response. He can reach me during business hours at our office or contact me directly on my cell at any time.

    Please accept my apologies once again for any inconvenience caused. We remain committed to resolving these issues promptly and ensuring ****'s truck operates reliably.
