      I have an issue with my patio door, screen, and a window that Ferguson Window Company installed for me. I have a lifetime warranty and I attempted to contact them but their phone number is disconnected. Has this business closed? I would like to know how to contact them to get these issues resolved.

      Sorry for your inconvenience, your products do care a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer, we only carried 3 products.

      you will need the serial numbers in the products that you are having issues with. We warranty our work and the manufacturer warranties their products. Hope this helps resolve your issue’s.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      They stated that they warranty their work but they have provided no method of how to get in contact with them  I would like to know how I get in contact with them  thanks

      Dear ***, we do warranty our work if the installation fails we service it however if it is due to issues with the product we don’t make them and they are warrantied by the manufacturer, I would be more then happy to come out and look and 99.9% of the time it is not due to installation so I will refer you to one of the manufacturers number that I gave you and you can call me directly I have no problem with that. If you could please give me your address and phone number I will take a look for you no fees at all. Thank you.

      I had my windows replaced by Ferguson window company, and I was told that I had a lifetime warranty on the windows and screens. Recently, one of my screens on my window, have a gap in it and there’s a tear on my window screen. I tried calling the Ferguson windows company, but the company’s phone number has been disconnected. I have no way of contacting this company to fix the damage on my windows with the amount of money I pay for it, there should be a way to contact them to make corrections on the windows.

      Sorry for the inconvenience however your windows and screens are warranty for life, as for your screens those are also for life against rotting or other damages due to weather, if you have a tear in your screen that is not considered a factor defect. If you like you can call the manufacturer which we deal with the top 3 and the numbers should be on the BBB website, however I will give them to you.

      Work was completed in 2011 for 12 windows replaced at a cost of $5,000.00. Now we are seeing the glass is inferior and are now milky and stained looking. We are just asking for new glass to be installed. I believe we had a 15 year warranty.

      Thank you for sharing with us your problems with your glass, you actually have a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer ****** and is warranted for glass, frame and all parts. They have an online service website and you can call them to get info on how that process works since it’s new. The number to ****** is ###-###-####.       I can not find our original contract with Ferguson Window Company from September 2010 or 2011.  All I have is a brochure with the name of the salesman that we ordered through.  His name is Gary Jenkins, phone 859-445-8786.  They were listed on Angie's List and we thought they were a legitimate company.  Mr. Jenkins told us they had done quite a few of the houses in our neighborhood.  The only proof we have is the cloudy, stained windows.  So, I'm not sure if you'll be able to help us.
