    Very disappointed! I ordered this hard headband to match my gray hair. Twice I have received platinum blond hard headbands! I have ordered several headbands in the past and always received the correct color headbands. I was so excited to see a hard headband as a new product. After receiving two incorrect orders I will never order again*

    Ordered from them on Facebook, and paid postage. I got notification of postage due. They sent it as a flat, so they only paid $1.44 for postage. So not only did I pay $5.85 through Facebook for postage, I had to pay an additional $3.91 to the post office. What a rip off. Buyer beware

    Terrible customer service. I ordered a 2 pc ****** and called about returning one of the items and they told me no. After I wouldn't give up they finally said I could return and they would give me 1/2 refund.I returned the package via priority mail and then they said I had to send them the **** tracking number of they would not issue my refund even though they have received my package with a printed copy of the email correspondence included. I've returned packages to other more reputable companies and they had NO problem finding my package and issuing the refund. I also took a screen shot of my **** transactions from my bank account and emailed that to them.It's not just the $26. Now you've lost a customer and so SO many referrals.*******************

    I received the product on July 22 and is literally destroyed, peaces are falling apart from the start. Seems like just pieces of hair extensions poorly attached to bad-quality elastics. This is the most horrible product I've ever seen.I heartbroken crying, this is an insult to people suffering from hair loss.
