    I paid for a painting class of $25 in July of 2019. The proprietor canceled the class and was to reschedule. I have the emails and would like to send them to you as well as my paid receipt of $26. I forgot the name of the shop and information. Covid hit in the spring and you can read the messages I sent. She never got to me me when she would reopen. I finally saw her business name and recently contacted her. She is refusing to settle this dispute of either reimbursing me or giving me a chance to reschedule. My only option is to ask you for your help in settling this matter. I am asking for a refund which I feel is more than fair. She is being very difficult. My emails are overloaded so please call at *** ********. I can send you the 3 emails as well.

    Hi, I have plans to stay at the park and swim but I would like to come paint at your shop sometime. Actually its not too bad out with the breeze so if you change your mind to keep the class at the Maple let me know!! ***  *** *** *****. thanks!

    Ok thank you for letting me know! The paint I use is chalk paint and does not do well with the humidity. I will try and have another party at the park in the fall! I hope that you can make it then!
    If you would like to pop over to the shop some weekend and paint your sign just let me know.

    My reply to your email. I never heard back from you in any manner if you had set another date or time. It was at this point I lost track of who you were and your shop. You had my phone number, my email address and Facebook messaging. It was your responsibility to contact me if the Paint session was rescheduled or further updates and if not a refund. That's not only good business but common courtesy to customers. I would have sent this sooner but I figured you to be a good business person. *** *******

     

    You will notice that I tried to be more than accommodating.  That evening of the event this customer was the only one that choose not to come because of the location change. I offered her a chance to come at another time and she choose not to. She also choose to stay at the campground that evening, that was her choice. When doing an outside event things are always subject to weather.  I wanted my customers to be happy with their projects and the paint I use would not have done well in that heat. 

    I never ended up scheduling another paint workshop at the campground that fall. In the spring of 2020 I closed my shop because of COVID and not being able to have groups together.
