    I had my jeep patriot towed to Kegg's Garage for repair after an accident. It got sent there on 04/24/2023 and they was supposed to look at it and tell me what was wrong and the price. They called 04/26/2023 and told me what was wrong And how much it was. On 04/26/2023 I paid $988 to fix my jeep. I got my jeep back on04/27/2023. Drove it back to London,ohio with issues . I called and told them that it wasnt drivinf right they told me to bring it back. If they would have really looked at my truck like they was supposed to and drive it after they fixed it then I wouldnt of had to bring it back. This should have been taken care of the first time. I want reinbursed because they did not fix my truck right and now I have to take it to another garage to get fixed right.

    This is ****** ****, owner of Kegg's Garage. I was just made aware of this situation and have checked into everything involved. We did replace parts on this vehicle and sent it to a local alignment shop for the alignment. We do not have our own alignment rack. I strongly believe that the alignment was not done properly which caused the tires to shred. Even though our shop did not do the alignment I will take care of my customer. We will install 2 tires and have alignment redone by a different shop. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
