      I have a bill pay from Huntington Bank send checks every month to Wright-Patt. They send two checks as I have two loans with Wright-Patt. Wright-Patt keeps putting both checks on one loan and said the other was late. Over and over they made the same mistake. I've never been late on a single payment but my credit report showed 8 late payment. I've been to Wright-Patt office they look it up and see I've never been late and were THEY made the mistake. I'm still trying to get this resolved, they won't fix it

In review of your account, this appears to have already been recently escalated to the correct department, and the current expectation is that they will have this resolved by April 11, 2025.       My elderly father had a car loan and finally decided to do away with the car. It was sold and the loan was paid off. I called to get his gap cancelled, and they said he had to cancel the gap before paying off the car in order to get a refund. I just need to know, who would ever cancel before paying off a car? This is their way to keep an elderly persons money. What a crooked and backward way of doing business. This is wrong in so many ways!

      You try to get help and the person is rude on the phone.... so you try to talk to social media they tell you to email and you will get a response the next business day that never happens! So what I suggest to everyone that I am going to do is send a Certified Restricted Delivery letter to the CEO of WPCU so that only he can sign for it no one else so then he reads the problems, I am sure that will make him start asking questions!!! I don't like being ignored now I see why within the past year there are so many complaints and in my Facebook group no one recommends WPCU they say go to Day Air Credit Union its much better I see why now!

      My husband and I decided we wanted to switch to a credit union after years with a traditional bank. My husband opened the checking and savings in both our names. We both completed paperwork and emailed it back to open the accounts. He set up his online and app accounts without issue. I tried to setup my online account and couldn't. He called only to find out he had to grant me "permission" from his account. I am not happy but we move forward. I downloaded the app and tried to login. I got an error message. We called again. We are told he is the only person allowed to use the mobile app. I am only allowed access to an account I am joint holder on with permission via a web browser. I won't be putting my paychecks into accounts I where don't have full irrevocable access. I don't suggest anyone else do that either.

      They charged a fee to skip a payment, but still took the payment… when I contacted them I was told I had to stop the payment… what’s the fee for??? Now I’m screwed on my l bills… No communication from their end… I signed up 15 years ago with over draft protection… if you need it, they turn your account over to a collection agency!! Use to be the account would go negative until you got caught up, not now they turn it over to collections… seriously considering different options after 15 years and 5 accounts with them

      Was great until the credit card changes. Saying "It's an improvement" and then having your payment take up to 48 hours is wild when it was instant. If you can take my money out of my account immediately, you can make it available on the credit card immediately. Easily the dumbest decision a business I've worked with has made.

      Trying to get home loan for 3 months at this point, they’ve asked for the same personal info (which was all on my application) 3 or 4 times now. Their process is confusing and they do not guide you through it, if they respond. Their portal is counterintuitive. What’s more is they told my co-borrower that her credit was frozen on Experian, so she unfroze it, the credit was pulled and we never heard back from the Mortgage Loan Originator. Furthermore, they respond to all negative google reviews with a copy and pasted message. I don’t want WCPU to contact me, as I’m righting this review strictly as a warning for others. Im pursuing a loan through a different bank, my patience was worn too thin.

      Been a member sense 1981 Was great service until the new credit card system was installed I have multiple charges on the card that are duplicated past charges that have been paid. They say they are working on this known problem but see no action to resolve this. I’m sure I’m not the only customer to have this problem but I’m not paying $800.00 in duplicate charges due to their mishandling of the account. I always had great faith in wright patt credit but I must now only hope this is not the direction the credit union is going.

      I had a car loan with Wright-Patt I was very happy about my price and my interest rate but I did not have the vehicle for a year the time I did have the vehicle in it was running I made every payment on time I kept up on my maintenance with it but out of nowhere the timing chain slipped I contacted and visited their piqua office multiple times when I went the first time a lady named Jessica told me how they felt bad for me and that they were going to knock three of my payments down to deferment payments since I wasn't able to drive the car and told me that if worst case scenario they could put me in a rollover loan so that I wouldn't have to go without a vehicle so I left kept trying to get back in contact no answer I finally went out and started looking for another vehicle and I got turned down on a $5,000 loan because Jessica didn't have a supervisor sign off on the deferment payments and drop my credit score to a 380 I continue to try to reach out for someone to help me like they said and nothing but when I was talking to collections a lady was nice enough to listen pull my record and she seen every time I came in every time I called she was very nice and helpful she was able to get my credit score back up within 30 days unfortunately nothing after that I had let them know to come get the vehicle I can't drive it and I'm not going to pay for something I can't drive while waiting for help from you guys so they came and got the vehicle and you can see on my report where I made every payment on time until this issue but now you guys have it on my credit report as a repo for refusal to pay not only did you guys not keep your word to me but I feel like you're slandering my name you make it sound like I got this vehicle from you guys and just said screw it not making my payments and that's how every loan center sees it and I don't think that is fair at all

      There needs to be a discrimination case filed against wright patt credit union and I will be the first following this complaint to contact my attorney regarding this matter. I went into the bank to make a large deposit via check as I have done in the past. This time the deposit was to my personal account. I have both a business acct and a personal account with wpcu that I have had for almost 20 years. When I go inside to make the deposit my receipt stated (as well as my online banking app) that some funds will be available in 1 business day, then a larger amount in 2 days and the total amount 5 days thereafter. Two days after the deposit I called to see why the portion of the funds weren't available and they said they was holding the check an additional 20 days to verify the funds and that no funds will be available. Now there was no fraud on my account. Never been any fraud. Plenty of checks that were written by my company have been deposited. No issues in the past. But since I went into the bank, and you see I'm black, now it becomes an issue. Because I'm certain no other white members gets a 20 day hold place on a check. The hold should be exactly what was stated when I went into the bank. Wpcu is racist. Everything is good when your middle class, 9-5 checks are being deposited but the minute and black person gets to making large amounts of money in business and start depositing large checks from their contracting companies, it's an issue. I'm going to file a discrimination case against wpcu because of all the problems they have caused me.
