    Man! Where do I start.. The work was top notch.. not that I have any experience in heating or air.. but their communication with each other was great. They explained the process pretty well. Our air conditioning went out and they were professional and thorough in giving us the proper service. The office staff was very helpful as well. I am not too fond of they synchrony situation right now because we wanted to start making out pmt on the account but they are showing 0 balance but we know there is one because of the new unit..??? go figure. Will be calling Monday 7/8. Thanks Comfort Solutions for giving us back OUR comfort.

    Comfort Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace with cooling on Oct. 17, 2022. The installation team of two technicians were cleanly dressed, well mannered, professional, and performed a top-notch installation. They placed a tarp over the carpet between the door and the stairs. They installed the furnace using the correct methods and ensured that it was level and plumb. The transition between the new unit supply and return ducts was tight - done with cleats and sealed with clear silicone caulking. They sealed the old holes in the concrete block foundation and sealed any new wire/line set penetrations. The new electrical disconnect was installed correctly, and has happily replaced the terrible electric circuitry that once existed to the tired condenser. As it was a cool day, there was no test of the cooling to ensure that the system had a proper charge but they ensured that they would add if we found it to not cool well on its first run of 2023. They based the refrigerant charge on the standard methods and I am certain it is good or very close, having some experience in HVAC myself. To make things even better, they installed the new thermostat with the correct new wiring, and set the t-stat parameters and defaults to my liking. It was a breeze to program thanks to that. Comfort Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning is a local installer/service provider that I may use again and would recommend.
