      I had a contractor, ******** ###-###-####. I paid him $6000 to put in 88 feet of curb and sidewalk and 26 feet of sidewalk and one repair, which he completed. Tow Path delivered the concrete on 11.16.23. ******** was supposed to pay Tow Path when they delivered the concrete. But on Saturday I got an invoice from Tow Path. Today I got a registered letter which was just a past due invoice for $1490.11. I called this morning and spoke to the receptionist and explained that I paid my contractor and he was supposed to pay them. She told me to get ahold of my contractor. He's got a voicemail that's full, and I can't leave a message. She said if I didn't pay them they would put a lien on the house. She was rude. I would like them to work with me on this as I have already paid my contractor, and they should not have delivered it without getting payment from ********.
