      The appliances are old they do not update anything and your light and gas bill will be hella high due to old furnace and old appliances. My child room is always cold no matter how high the heat is ventilation sucks! The roofs are old they leak into the units I am still waiting for my roof to be fixed and my ceiling to be fixed this has been going on since the end of January! No im not behind in my rent they take ya money and don’t want to accommodate you or fix anything! I am almost ready to take my money and go to the courts I am beyond sick of the nonsense for all the rent I pay I would have thought this place was nice and keep their word but no their slum lords like all the rest of them do yourself a favor and do not rent here!!!! The property manager never returns calls either!!! Or emails!!!

      We have had a list of things that needed to be fix in our apartment, have been told for months that things will be fixed and still haven't been touched. The "manager" is so hard to get a hold of. We have had water pouring from the ceiling, there is now mold growing. I have sent email after email, phone call after phone call. I have never lived somewhere with this bad of care for the people renting from them. I wish i could give 0 stars for this place!!!!!!

      The information provided by the Property Manager is, there was a leak above the residents apartment. The leak and the ceiling were repaired. There were no service requests submitted other than one that was completed last month to replace an outlet in the bathroom and living room. The manager asked the resident on 8/19/24 what list of items needed to be addressed. One blind slat was replaced and the kitchen blinds were replaced the same day. After the ceiling repair, one the roommate said that a bead size piece of drywall was reported to have fallen. The staff inspected the ceiling and found it was professionally repaired by the painters and was dry. We sincerely hope that the resident is satisfied. Service requests should be submitted via the resident portal.

      I am writing to express my disappointment with the maintenance repairs and service provided by your office. As a resident of Whitewood for three years, my experiences with the response to maintenance needs have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The most recent being a service request to have a storage closet in the upstairs bathroom serviced due to an outside leak. The job was performed over a week ago however it does not look completed nor have we been contacted by maintenance or the office for follow-up information. The moisture issue has resulted in mold found in the closet and damage to items placed in the closet for storage. In addition, I have had a reoccurring issue in the downstairs half bath due to leaks from the upstairs bathroom(s). This has caused mold in the ceiling and the drop ceiling tile to be replaced multiple times. I’m concerned that there maybe water damage that has not been reported which may lead to more serious issues if not addressed properly. I understand that maintenance requests can take time to be completed, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been unacceptable. As a loyal and long-standing resident, I expect better service and prompt resolution of maintenance issues.

      Terrible company to have to deal with. The property manager is terrible and chooses to never answer the phone or emails over important matters. I have been out of this apartment for almost 3 months now and cannot get ahold of either the property manager or Luma to get some information I need to clear up a balance I have on my record. I also got a new month charge to my previous account for April, and I've been gone since February. The customer service is atrocious, and this place shouldn't be in business if this is how they choose to run the property. Oh, and one last thing is there is never anyone in office and has been avoiding me as well.

      Let's start with the window screen I've been waiting on for 10 months. Not to include the mold, the roaches, the shit neighbors, our air being out for 2 weeks already and being told "you just have to wait". Being promised an AC unit and no one is contacting me back. My bathtub and kitchen handles need fixed, I haven't done laundry here in the 2 years I've been here bc the washers/dryers are absolutely disgusting. No amenities that come with the apartment actually come with the apartment. Unless you don't care about not being able to breath or wash clothes in your own apartment. If I could give 0 stars I would. Screw this place, screw the employees, and screw everyone's lazy asses that can't get up and fix anything. Not to mention when our maintenance man Mike was supposed to be working on the air, he was getting drunk at a picnic table when I took my dogs out. Not working on anything. Pure laziness and disrespect for everyone in this building and complex.

      I have called both my community and the main Luma number to fix a issue I’ve had since moving in over 6 months ago the office managers are always changing and nothing has been resolved the rent portal has always been messed up and charging me OVER 300 of the amount I already pay

      There were corrections made to the resident account ledger. I was informed by the Associate Director of Property Management that he has spoken with the resident that expressed her concerns about her ledger and that she is satisfied with the outcome.
