    I hired quality window solutions to do the labor only for two bathrooms in my house and to plum for washer and dryer **** ******* the owner of the company made an unauthorized transaction on a credit card that I had not yet received in the mail or activated, I don’t want this to happen to anyone else

    The hallway bathroom is not complete the bathtub needs caulking applied the drywall in master bathroom was applied but not finished. There is a hole in the ceiling in my daughter’s bedroom that was supposed to be repaired and was not when they vented for the dryer and the caulking in the master shower is coming off and dryer ventilation tubing hanging down in the basement not happy with the work that done. I have to hire someone now to fix these items .

    I forgot to mention, they took the vanity sink off in my hallway bathroom and did not restore it back to working condition. II was told that it would be restored back to working conditions and that just did not happen. I now have to replace the entire vanity or pay someone to fix.

    There is a piece of tub that is sitting in my garage and parts from the tub shower combo that are also in my garage that I was told would be removed and they are still sitting here.

    Firstly, I was never notified that there were any issues or problems as stated with are workmanship. Mrs. ************ after the fact has since hired my Sub - Contractor to do additional bathroom work at her residence. The alleged allegation (Fraud) on my behalf was reversed by Synchrony Financial Bank. A sales slip and text confirmation is attached. She has filed a new claim that the project was paid by a different means.? I will be filing a Civil Suit  (Friendly Fraud). Unfortunately, I don't believe any resolution would be satisfactory for her. I also forgot a Home Depot Pro Referral 5 Star... Review.

     I am rejecting this response because: I have pictures to prove that there is a hole in my daughter’s ceiling, hallway bathroom not caulked and part of the bath tub and pipes still in my garage and my vanity sink top. He made an unauthorized charge on card and no other invoices or receipts were giving to me. I hired other workers to complete 4 floors that’s it which has nothing to do with him. The fact is you didn’t repair anything of the items that you took apart and you made a fraudulent charge on my account you are not married to me or related to me or dating me you had no business using my personal information or your financial gain. I gave you a good review before you even finished my bathrooms. You did not finish the drywall. It is still rough. I am not happy with the work that is done and then you committed fraud. I can’t complain or let you know what’s wrong when the job wasn’t finished now that the job is finished. I’m letting you know what my complaints are and I would be happy if you would have done things properly I would not have any complaints. The only resolution that I’m interested in is a refund and that you admit you committed fraud other than that there’s no reason for you to respond back to me.

    Workmanship is covered for a period of 1 year. Since I was given no notice of these issues how was I able to address them ? In my defense I was accused of Fraud (The Customers Card Was Stolen) which is closed. Second attempt customer paid by a different means still under review by Synchrony Financial. Your text message an emailed signature to verify payment should settle any disputes you have with my company. Please provided your alternate payment method made to me. As I stated you hired my crew to do additional work at your home. While on site is the any reason why they or I were told about the workmanship. You didn't because it wasn't part of the big plan. How could I have helped you under these conditions ?  In conclusion you are trying to ruin my Business Name and get a full refund for services rendered.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    You committed fraud so you need to own that and accept your punshiment. My floors have nothing to do with you or your business I hired them they work independently from you. You made an unauthorized charge so own that. I’m not happy with the hole you left in my ceiling and the unfinished drywall job that was done. I will say this one more time I don’t want you to fix anything you should have done it right the first time no second chances here. People have a right to know what kind of contractor they are dealing with if they decide to hire you. I just want a refund you should not try to take advantage of people own what you have done if I didn’t make a purchase I shouldn’t be responsible for it period if it  happened to you I’m sure you would feel the same way I’m not trying to ruin your name I’m being honest you’re not an honest business owner and you need to except that I’m a woman just trying to update my house and you put holes in it and didn’t fix them after you told me they would be fix people have to wash their hands in my kitchen sink because it wasn’t put back together after you told me you would honor your word.

    As for you  mentioning the floors, they messed up one of my floors so once again that’s a negative reflection on your business and your workers so if I were you, I would let that point go as well. It just goes to show. They tried to fix it by painting it so now I have to have somebody else come in and replace my floor. At this point, I’m afraid to stay in my house my boyfriend stays with me with protection because I’m scared to stay in my house by myself for a fear that you might try to retaliate against me
