My wife and I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. The experience was so much greater than going to a large dealership. I felt like a part of their family, and they made us feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend anyone buy a car from these guys. **** in sales and ***** in finance are amazing people.

on 06/01/2022 I brought my truck in for parking brake not holding. Brakes had been holding for 2 years of my ownership. I was told leaking axle seals caused the problem and they would repair and brakes would hold. They didn't. Their shop rep. didn't ride with me as claimed by GM but sat in passengers seat as I demonstrated how the brake failed on hill at THEIR lot. He then told me WE HAVE DONE ALL WE CAN DO! Apparently he didn't relay this to GM down at sales as he said he would only refund parts price and not total because "I'M NOT PAYING SOMEONE ELSE'S LABOR". He claimed because the truck was lifted, had big tires and was heavy parking brake alone couldn't hold it. Shop saw all this WHEN THEY TOOK IT IN! A well known shop in this town that does lifted trucks said that brake should hold IF DONE CORRECTLY and if they REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I ran this by a former auto shop manager from the former Kmart chain who confirmed this. It would seem a truly reputable business would offer a full refund. This ended up before a magistrate where the GM said "that parking brake wasn't designed to that truck alone on a hill." It is and it can. Either he has NO idea what he is talking about or else well- you can draw your own conclusions. I don't want to see anyone else get burned. This "repair" was done on 06/01/2022 at a cost of $796.47. I recently came across a You Tube video showing how to CORRECTLY fix this problem therefore this late post.Magic City Motorcars, Inc.

This was already handled with the Barberton courts as the customer stated. The magistrate listened to the case and agreed with our business that everything was done correctly and no refund was due. We will no longer respond to his attacks on review sites. Please look up the public record of this situation.ronald z

My comments made on this review stand. Again IF everything was done correctly why didn't it work? I am not looking for any response from this business, but only want to warn others as stated. The magistrate with the court would not allow our lawyer to speak when he attempted to do so but sternly told him to be quiet. We have here a statement from a current auto shop MECHANIC & a former auto shop MANAGER concerning this repair and a court magistrates opinion on the rights and wrongs of auto repair. 5 starsWe love magic city motor cars! This is our third time buying from them. The vehicle we purchased had something come up and they have gone above and beyond to make it right. They even took the vehicle to the dealership to get recalls taken care of so we wouldnt have anything to worry about moving forward! I have suggested to many people that they should come here for a vehicle and I will continue to moving forward! Thanks to **** and the rest of the mcm team!
