      As a small business owner, I’m not the type to leave negative feedback and in fact this is my first time ever doing so. I purchased a new Polaris flasher module for my Victory motorcycle from Don Wood Polaris a few weeks ago. Estimated shipping/delivery date was pushed out by a week and was delivered while I was away on vacation. When I got home I immediately installed it only to find the module was faulty and freezing up my signal lights. (Tried a buddies module and it works perfect) I tried to return the item or swap for another and they ghosted me for 10 days. I sent a 3rd email with a question mark and the response I got back was “Unfortunately due to the length of time the part has been shipped out and since its electrical we are unable to do a return.” Not only was the communication terrible, they didn’t even try to understand the situation. Based off of my experience, I would steer clear from these folks. I hope the $80 module was worth losing a future customer.
