      Please do not purchase a vehicle from this company. This company should really be put out of business. I have worked for finance companies and these people are rude, conniving and unprofessional. They do not care about their customers all they want is the money. I have had my vehicle with them for two years and the past couple of months I have been struggling. With my mom passing I have had to switched jobs and take on more responsibility than what i usually would have had. I am just now getting back on my feet and trying to catch up all of my finances. I communicate the best that I can and pay the best way I can because I agreed to this loan. ****** is a very nasty individual she is rude and disrespectful. I tried filing a complaint with corporate and they send you to the store which nothing gets done. This has by far been the worst experience I have had. I urge anyone to not purchase a vehicle through them and to do your research on this company. If I could give them a rating, it would be negative one star

      I was one payment late on my car an they took it an now the wont let me get my belongings out of the car . I have car seats in there an other things was a ***** car I had for two years an when I get it to half way paid off they come repo it the real are ****

      I bought a car from them & it was totaled out in an accident to which they received a payout check for said vehicle .. they never reached out to say they received the check nor to see if I would be interested in refinancing the remaining balance into another vehicle.. they just kept automatically taking the payments for that vehicle out of my account. When I called & asked to set up a different payment arrangement to pay remainder of loan so I could get another vehicle..because of course the car wasn’t worth what was owed & they said No they couldn’t & I was responsible for said loan til it was paid off so I basically paid a car payment & didn’t have a vehicle to drive .. once said vehicle was all paid off I still never received confirmation or anything stating my loan was paid in full.. they just want your money they don’t care if you have a vehicle or not .. I don’t recommend them to anyone & take your business elsewhere .. their cars are junk anyways & they don’t fix them properly when they do fix them …as I’ve found out with another vehicle my sons father had from them . I would give zero stars if I could ..

      These people are out to repo you, and resell the car. I told them my situation about sustaining an injury which resulted in surgery to miss work. So Ive been missing my weekly income. Im a veteran who receives a fixed income and they would not even give me one day to be late, so they are hoping you run into something because they seem to want that car back., being rude and heartless. Being a veteran has nothing to do with this.

      Absolutely TERRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE CAR FROM THEM!!!! They are hounders for the payments but when it comes to repairs and fixing what needs to be done they’re as slow as a sloth. I got my car in August of 2021 and ever since then I’ve been having the same exact issue and when I take my vehicle up there they say that it’s fixed but it’s not, the battery keeps dying and the key stays getting locked in the ignition and won’t come out for up to 35-45 mins. Worst mistake of my life I refuse to pay for something that isn’t safe nor reliable!!!!

      Since December 26 my car's been down, I bought from Byrider I paid $400 a month for it and it's still not fixed with a new engine. They send engines they buy from a junkyard and it leaks oil. Now they say what ever engine is sent has to be put in the car. This is what the head mechanic said to the shop I have my car at. I feel I shouldn't have to pay $400.00 a month that I can't drive since December 26, 2021. I feel like just to call them and tell them to come get it cause I didn't even have it for a year and had problems with it.
