  Alvin's Tree Service did an excellent job and were very accommodating to my needs. They were very punctual and showed up on schedule. I basically needed trimming of upper branches hanging over my garage and shed. Part of the job was in a very tight area and was close to my garage and my neighbor's property and fencing. They had to climb the tree to cut the branches and they safely lowered them to the ground without a problem. They took the extra initiative to put down a tarp underneath their truck and chipper on the driveway. They cleaned up the debris and blew off the driveway when they were finished. I would definitely recommend their services.

  This review is for Alvin's Tree Service owned by *************************** and located in *****, ****.A friend recommended Alvin's Tree Service to me, the friend has used ***** several times over the years and was always pleased with the service.***** is insured for liability, he has equipment which looks to be in excellent condition, he has good safety equipment for himself and for the guys who work with him.He came as promised today even though it was 18 degrees at the time he and a two man crew started at 8:30 AM. There was no wind, it was not snowing, he assured me he could work safely. ***** is pleasant and reliable. He doesn't spend excess time talking, but he communicates well and really listens to you when you explain what you want done. He and his crew work nonstop. All of them are clean cut guys who work quietly and efficiently. They used good safety practices. The lift he uses to reach high branches is impressive. He put down mats over the route the lift used to move to my back yard from the street. Plus, the lift moves on tank like treads not wheels so the weight is distributed over a broad surface of the ground. So no tracks left in the grass. ***** himself was present the entire time the guys were working. He works alongside his crew, and today drove the lift and was the one working from the lift.They cleaned up totally when they finished the job.I had 6 mature trees in my backyard which needed thinning and needed lower branches removed, I also had a tree that leans, has always leaned since I bought this house in 2014. I asked ***** to trim out a lot of the upper big, heavy branches to make the tree less top heavy and less likely to topple in a windstorm. The tree is aesthetically pleasing, and I want to get a few more years of it as part of my decorative landscaping. He did a good job on that task.***** gave me a very fair price to do all this. I definitely recommend him and his crew.

  Had a giant pine removed and an oak cleaned of dead branches. Work was done in a timely manner and area completely cleared of cuttings. Highly recommend.

  I was introduced to *****'s several years ago by a neighbor and I have used his services many times, most recently this week. I had ***** trim all the trees on my property since they had become so overgrown and were beginning to hide the house. He arrived promptly at 7am as we had planned which made my boss happy since I didn't have to take off much time from work. We walked the property. I told him what I needed done. He offered some suggestions which were very helpful. He gave me a quote and I accepted. Before I knew it, I could hear the sound of his chain saw. I left for work and was confident that ***** would do an exceptional job. When I arrived home later that evening, I can only say how happy I was to see the job that had been completed. ***** had finished a few hours prior to my arriving home. Everything was cleaned up and nothing left for me to do except enjoy the work that was done. ***** and his crew did an awesome job. Thank you for a job well done. ************

  Alvin's Tree Service is awesome! They came out within a week, had the lowest prices of all the services I contacted, were very professional and had removed my huge maple tree in 3 hours! They cleaned up and were amazing! Real friendly bunch of guys too! I would definitely use them again! Thanks, *****!
