    ***** tow driver failed to provide keys to car shop at drop off. Paid $100 to have our irreplaceable keys lost. Important keys that were handled with neglect. Had car shop call us to let us know that our tow driver gave them such a hard time was very rude and unpleasant. Putting the blame on anyone but himself. Called owner of the towing company all they said was they were getting someone to make a key for truck. That doesnt replace the other keys on said keychain. Very disappointing and frustrated with stans towing company. For how they handled this situation with such careless. And for no condolences tward the car shop company also no apologies to the owner of the vehicle thats keys were lost. I dont like leaving reviews like this but we are very unhappy with the way this company handled the situation their tow driver caused. Hand off keys to car shop instead of throwing them on the floor board of car ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Carelessness.

    I want to give a shout-out to Stan’s Towing for their exceptional service. One of our staff was stuck on the side of the highway, and they got a truck out within 20 minutes. The driver, ****, was excellent and made our person feel safe, a true professional. Thanks *** * *** * ****

    I had my wife's car towed this morning and ****** did a great job. Both the dispatcher and the tow truck driver were friendly and helpful. They came in a good amount of time and got the car to the garage with no problems.
