****** Review ? Review for ***** ********** and **** **** ?If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of corruption and collusion between Judge ***** ********** and attorney **** **** is not only alarming but a disgrace to the justice system. It is clear their actions were not driven by the best interests of my children but rather by personal gain and professional advancement. The illegal activity they engaged in, culminating in ********** securing a partner position at Roderick Linton Belfance, came at the devastating cost of my childrens well-being.********** awarded custody of my sons to a man with five diagnosed mental health disorders, a guilty plea for domestic violence, a documented history of DUIs, disorderly conduct, child endangerment charges, and substance abuse. This was despite overwhelming evidence of his unfitness as a parent and his abusive behavior toward both myself and my sons. ********** ignored photographic evidence of physical abuse, dismissed legitimate concerns for my childrens safety, and disregarded critical case facts to serve her own interests.**** ****, acting as **** Zivichs attorney, filed baseless and misleading motions while enabling blatant perjury in court. Together, they weaponized the legal system to alienate me from my children, leaving them in the custody of a man who has caused them physical and emotional harm. The impact of these actions on my sons has been devastating. They have been subjected to further abuse, instability, and trauma, all of which could have been avoided if the court had acted in their best interests instead of indulging in backdoor deals and power plays.Their actions are not only unethical but potentially criminal, violating the very principles of justice they are sworn to uphold. This case is a chilling example of how systemic corruption can destroy lives and leave innocent children in ***** way.
