  Worst experience ever for son's prom rental. Received text at 9:36PM evening before the prom saying tux was ready for pickup and to come try on. It was supposed to be ready 2 days earlier. Since it was past closing time when text came, we went the day of the prom to try on. Pants were way too long so they couldn't be amended, jacket was huge, shoulders stuck out pretty far on my slim son but they said it's just the padding and okay nothing they could do, arm length on jacket was way too long because no white showed from shirt but they were able to adjust. Had to rush to the prom. Next day returned tux at 2:30pm. I didn't get a thank you from the employee. Instead she said we'll make sure everything is here. I said everything is there because I packed it up myself. By 2:41pm there was another $89 charge on my debit and they called said I didn't return the shoes. I said you better look again because the shoes are in the clear plastic shoe bag hanging on the hanger. She repeated again they weren't there. I said I'd come show her they were there myself. She said she'd look again and then said she found them. I told her she better reverse the charge and she said she would. Two days later they only reversed $83. From the lateness, poor fit, unprofessional employees and the extra charge, it's not worth the stress and aggravation. Better to go somewhere else more respectable and professional.

  Terrible customer service. Had a wedding party of 9 and only 1 of the 9 were correct when we came 2 days before wedding. One of the workers shoulder checked one of the wedding party. For the original fitting it took over 3 hours for it to be completed while 1 worker just watched us. To pick up the suits, was over 2.5 hours wait.
