2 starsI gave their ****************** one star, but I added one extra star, but only for the nice lady who helped me close my account. I was approved for ***** Card, but when I tried to make a purchase, it failed. Didn't say why it failed, but my purchase was far below my limit. 4 phone calls, a trip to the local ***** Store, and over 2 weeks later, I could still not make a purchase.I read that ***** may stop working with Goldman Sachs soon, so that may be part of the problem, and they don't want to tell anyone.Review fromJill J

1 starThis company allows fraud to be perpetrated and then refuses to provide information to the police when the consumer files a police report. No bank that operates this way should be allowed to continue operating. They still have a fraud account open in my name and social security number despite my reporting the fraud back on 8/19/24 (2 months later) and are refusing to provide me or the police any information.Review fromclinton b

1 starI am also filling a complaint regarding my Apple Credit Card. i had a $53.29 fraudulent charge from ***** back in early 2023 and have evidence that the charge was not authorized, i didn't have a subscription. i even had a chat log with gopro support apologizing for the unauthorized charge and being unable to refund the charge claiming their system lacked the option to refund but would give free merchandise instead. so i opened a dispute with the apple card and after a couple months i received a notice that the charge would remain cause gopro claims i have a subscription and i didnt submit any information that supported my dispute. this is after i already showed them that i had no subscription, that gopro support acknowledged that and the countless others on the bbb that have complained about their own fraudulent charge experiences. i reopened the dispute and saved all the pictures and chat logs into a pdf for them to review again. and after a few months i got the same response back. i spoke with manager claiming that an actual person was reviewing the information and i was told by agents that the evidence i presented was a very obvious open and shut case in my favor. yet time and time again they would take 3 months and then i would get a notice that the charge would remain. this process went on for 2 years till i told them to close the account. i am still waiting to see if they will try to hit my credit score.Review fromRami S

1 starI am filling a complaint regarding my Apple Credit Card. *** had them investigate a dispute 3 times now for an exercise bike I have already returned to ******. I have sent a complete timeline and proof that I returned the bike, but they keep recharging me for the bike. All they have to do is call Amazon, but instead, they recharge me a month later. It really makes no sense. This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience with my Apple Credit Card. In a prior experience, I purchased a phone on **** that was supposed to be carrier unlocked, but it wasnt. I disputed the charges twice and then I gave up. Sold the phone at a huge discount and decided it was a $250+ ****** for me. But this time with the exercise bike, I have all receipts for the Amazon return and it even says returned in Amazons system. What more can I do to get this fixed? The Apple Credit Card is great until you need to dispute something, then it becomes a scam card. User beware.Review fromAnthony D

1 starThis complaint addresses an issue concerning my Apple Credit Card. Attempted 3 times to investigate/dispute a charge on the Apple Card. **************** staff completely unable to address the charge in question after being transferred multiple times. I am a native English speaking resident of the **. I could not understand the English that was being spoken due to a thick heavy accent. I inquired to representative if I was speaking to someone in **. She replied she was in ********. Became very suspicious about the phone call after representative failed to understand my birthdate and repeated it back to me incorrectly two times. Rep stated that last 4 digits of social security card were for a name different than my own. Attempted to clarify name rep was saying but could not understand the letters she was attempting to enunciate. At this time I ended the call concerned that I was a victim of fraud. Please be advised that I am placing a call to social security office to flag my number. In addition I am contacting all 3 credit reporting agencies to flag my social security number and whatever protections they offer. At the end of all of this my primary concern of addressing an incorrect charge have still not been addressed. There is still an outstanding balance that is not being handled as of today 7/17/2024. This matter needs to be addressed by a customer service or bank staff member that can speak clearly and has the power and understanding of how to address this dispute.Review fromTerry w

1 starDO NOT OPEN THIS CARD AND IF YOU DO, do NOT add anyone as a user. My husband was on MY ACCOUNT as a co-owner. We went to Apple together because he needed a new laptop. The employee said he needed to open his own card for the 0%. So he did, but it CLOSED MY CARD. When I called Goldman Sachs, they said I COULD OPEN A NEW CARD IF I PAID OFF THE OLD BALANCE!!!!! So they didnt transfer the balance to HIS NEW CARD. They did not contact me to let me know they would close my card. SO BEWARE. Apparently whomever you add to your card can *** IT OUT, go apply for a new card, and YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH NO CARD AND PAYING OFF THR BALANCE. This is insane. Unbelievable.Review fromAmanda T

1 starMy Apple ID was hacked & stolen. I contacted Apple Card/Goldman Sachs to have the virtual card turned off. I spoke to no less than 4 agents over 2 days, I was told that the virtual card would be deactivated, and a new account would be set up, once I had a new Apple ID. Three days after my first contact with them, I woke up to a negative $4k balance in my checking account due to a payment to my apple card. I did NOT authorize full payment on this card. When it comes to fraud or theft, any other bank would create a new account & transfer the balance. I called immediately & was told that when the account was closed, I had to pay in full. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT EVER.Review fromGregory B

1 starMad because I cant leave less than a one star rating. One star is too generous. Tried to close a no penalty CD. Been almost a week now. They tell me the system cant handle closing a no penalty before maturity. ( go Figure?) why issue them. And what worse i was hung up on two prior occasions.Review fromBasma A
