    Was offering a document I needed for work, I purchased it and the document was not at all what I needed. I put in a dispute and the company lied stating they have a free trial. They do not. There is also no monthly option and they had the gall to only offer me 60 of the nearly 300 back as a refund. Stay FAR AWAY from these scam artists.

    Terrible customer service and cheap gimmicky sales antics. My wife accidentally purchased a subscription, thinking the service was a monthly subscription due to the large font advertising a monthly rate. (after review they note they bill annually, giving a sense we aren't the first to be mislead by the MONTHY price. She wouldn't have subscribed if she knew they would charge her credit card for 12 months all at once. In the end none of their templates were even suitable for her business. After spending an afternoon trying to reach customer service, they denied her request to cancel and refund her subscription. They even went as far as blaming her for not using their free trial first to find out their services weren't going to work. They were bold enough to offer her $60 off next years renewal cost. .... NO THANKS, we won't be duped into paying for their services a second time.
