      Date of Transaction 4/27/2022 Amount $3725 The business is committed to providing me with compliance and archiving services I have requested to terminate the contract and was told that this wasnt possible due to the fact that I received a discount. I asked If I could pay full price and was told by a sales rep that they would check and see. A few weeks have gone by and I still have not received an answer but am continuing to be billed with no response to my initial inquiry. The business has not tried to resolve the problem and instead is running the clock to continue to bill me. I reached out and asked if the billing can be paused until there is a resolution and have received the reply that as long as there is no resolution that I would continue to be billed.
