      The people there are incredibly unprofessional but not only that the equipment is faulty. I took my life insurance test here and after finishing my exam the computer had an error on it as a result I was not given the results of my test. They told me I would get my results within 24 hours which is ridiculous as you're supposed to get them immediately after finishing the test. They sent me on the way without telling me anything else they rush me out So I left and I waited for a few hours to get the test results nothing coming to my email. Since I do happen to live right next to the testing examination spot I decided to go in again and ask him what's going on only after I tried calling them several times which by the way their phone number does not work. when I went in this time they did bother to actually call PSI and ask them about my test. They don't seem to understand why I would be frustrated by this and they are giving me attitude about it the whole time. I have a job that I need this license for I want to be able to get to ASAP. My boss is texting me asking me how the test went and all I can tell him is b******* is going on. For the love of God do not test here!!!!! The machines clearly are not qualified to handle such a painstakingly hard processing consuming test (sarcasm it's a word document basically The fact that it crashed doing that is beyond me). Not to mention taking the test they like to walk around and hover right behind your shoulder which is really uncomfortable. And they didn't even allow me to bring water into the testing site water it's a two-hour test and they don't allow me to have water!?!? Honestly horrible horrible experience go anywhere else
