    I ordered a large quantity of products from them. Previously they have accepted individual box labels for shipping to amazon. This time they were willing to only accept pallets. I let them know almost each day for over a month amazon would not approve that for me. I also let them know I was going through medical conditions and I was a small business owner with disabilities. This is the only warehouse I have worked with that has changed the policy of only accepting pallets. Previously with a larger order, I was able to ship with boxes without pallets. Since I didn't do it their way, they stated "We also offered you the option to take the shipment to your location, but unfortunately, due to prolonged delays and multiple warnings, the warehouse has had to dispose of the order." Why do I want to pay for shipping twice when Amazon ships my products for me? After I looked at the price to ship it to me it was triple the price of shipping it to Amazon when I had an approved way to ship. I had a way to ship my products but a few boxes. I told them they could donate those few boxes to local chairty instead of disposing of them. I know they didn't dispose my products. I know they simply placed those products on the shelf and resold them. That is an option they have if you decide you don't want the product and they charge you a fee for that. Or if they did, that is a huge waste for our environment. They also won't call you to work out concerns. The only way to communicate is via email which tone and concerns can be lost in email. Sometimes it's easier to pick up the phone and resolve a situation than going back and forth weeks a time trying to resolve something.

While we previously accepted individual box labels, you repeatedly sent us box labels with no shipping labels. We were unable to ship your order without shipping labels.We sympathize with your medical condition and your challenges as a small business owner. Throughout this process, we tried to offer alternative solutions, including providing a quote to ship the goods directly to your location. We also advised you on multiple occasions that we cannot override the warehouse requirements, Amazons system or their shipping requirements.Regarding communication via phone, this would not resolve this issue. We were in constant contact via email for nearly 2 months every single day and responded to every question you asked.We made many attempts to contact you via email to resolve the issue and advised you of the storage charges that accrued due to the delays. Unfortunately, the prolonged delays and lack of response forced us to dispose of the goods as per our policy. We offered to donate the goods to a local charity, but the situation required timely decisions that were not met.We regret any distress this has caused and are committed to learning from this experience to improve our services. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.Thank you for your understanding.

    They bring alot of products to the table. Some items ship fast, some slow, but its a good place to find products

    Overall Customer experience was terrible. They are scammers if anything. Tried to order product they kept saying they didnt get the money. There was a long back and forth with that. Them asking for the ************* of things. So eventually cancelled the whole order. But they sent an email saying that there were going to give me credit for the order instead of a refund. Like why would I want credit when I never received any product in the first place. Eventually had to call my bank and get in front of the transaction. The experience was bad and if you are here reading this now you know.

    Dear Customer I am unable to locate a customer with the email you used here.In our defense, we would never engage in such practice of purposely telling you that we did not get the funds and then only keep it as an account credit. It is very possible that the funds did not clear to our account for several days and that we cancelled the order in the meantime. In addition, our refund policy is set forward that funds are kept as account credit UNTIL we are provided with banking information to provide a refund. Perhaps this was unclear to you when we communicated the refund policy.Either way, we apologize that things did not work out. Most transactions do work out and people do not take the time to post the positive. Only the negative.
