      Initially when I signed up for this company they handled the claims proactively. Lately, Ive been unhappy with my service. I pay over $80 per month for the home warranty. I filed a claim 3/6/25. I was told I have to wait ***** days for a check to be issued. What kind of sense does that make?? They take their money every month but I have to wait for something as simple as a ceiling fan to be replaced? In addition, theyre giving me the bare minimum. I had to literally go off on a manager just to receive that. Im going to cancel or my service!! ELITE HOME WARRANTY is just like the rest of the companies in this field. They dont want to pay for issues. It seems like theyre experiencing some cash flow issues.

      Worst Experience ever!I purchased yearly warranty with them and paid in full of $650 dollars. I filed the two claims so far. They both were rejected by the *********** was about the refrigerator; the pack panel was freezing up. I did not know when this happened, I was gone for a month. They asked me to pay service fee ahead $70 which I did pay. Then it took almost three days for the technical to come check out the problem. The technician said that the panel needs to be replaced, and he needs company's approval for the replacement. Then I called the company for an update, they said within ***** hours to get back to me. Three days later, never got notified, when I called, the claim was rejected due to secondary damage, and they said that the problem was before the warranty effective date. (How do you know when the refrigerator went out and I don't even know about it? or you clearly does not want to approve the claim, and just want to take money)Second claim is about HVAC which I know the date when it went down, I told them about it, and they said that it was before the warranty effective date. (which is, and I didn't know about the warranty effective data at the time)I asked to cancel my plan; they reached out told me that I would get $420 back. said that they had paid $160 service fee ( i think) to the technician. so what about my $70 service fee? where did that go? Are you kidding me? why do I have to pay for your expanse for your technician??? I need someone please explain this to me? why do I need to pay $230 for a claim that did not even get approve?*DO NOT purchase this home warranty, It's literally a scam!!*

      Every time I have submitted a claim Elite has sent over knowledgeable contractors to get the job done! Some claims take longer to find someone but Elite and its representatives do not stop until your claim is resolved!!

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Absolutely Do Not Recommend. My experience with Elite Home Warranty has been nothing short of a nightmare. I contacted them on March 5 regarding an issue with my AC/Heat system and specifically requested they contact a company I trust to handle the service-I was told when I signed up that I could use my own choice of technicians. I made this request to two different representatives. Instead, Elite contacted a completely different company without my consent. That technician replaced a connector, which fried my entire system.I ended up having to pay out of pocket to replace the whole unitsomething that couldve been avoided if Elite had simply followed my instructions.Even worse? No one returns calls. Ive reached out multiple times, and the communication has been sketchy and evasive. When I finally got through, they told me they wouldnt take responsibility and that I should try to get reimbursed from the company they hired. Absolutely unbelievable.I was told when I signed up that I could use my own techniciansthat was a lie. Ive asked to cancel my warranty and get a refund. I paid for three years in advance and they are offering to return $300 even though I have paid thousands. I asked for a manager to respond to my emails and it's been a week with no response. I'm so disappointed. Save yourself the stress and money. I would never recommend Elite Home Warranty.

      I have used several Home Warranty companies, and this was my first interaction with Elite. *****, my representative went far beyond what I expected. He worked with me diligently. If this is an example of this company and how it works, you have my business and my recommendation to my friends.

      ***** is one to pass up. Changed to after American Home Shield, also a DEFINITE no-go, but on to ELITE. Was told literally the whole year there would be a customer portal "soon". As you can see, their website is just a LONG sales pitch and given excuse after excuse why there is STILL no portal, which is unbelievable that a service company can do efficient business with no customer portal... well, that bc they can't. ANYWAY... Final straw was this last call on literally the last week of my contract. Wife called about washer, paid $70, first time with Elite vendor called and said I would owe them another $100. Wrong, I called Elite, Elite called them, cleared up, they called me, they came to assess. Technician took apart washer (@30min) said that it was the "gearbox". He would tell his people, his people call Elite, Elite would call me. That all took @ A WEEK after he left. Elite called me and said there is a TON of stuff wrong with your washer (not like tech mentioned) and they are just going to give me $600 for another washer. First off, you cannot get anywhere near my washer for $600. AND... I believe that either the tech or Elite decided there was A TON of stuff wrong bc a gearbox for a Maytag is less than a couple hundred $. Anyway, since my contract is up I tell Elite that 1 of 3 things will happen. 1. They give me $800 and I renew contract for a year. 2. They give $600 and I walk away and get another contract w another company. 3. They can have another experienced service come look and just fix what needs to be fixed and not add $$ to get their fee back instead of shaking me down before hand. The same thing is happening to a colleague that I referred who is getting $200 for a high-end built-in microwave/convection combo. ELITE has decided that they are just going to offer half of worth and not fix leaving the customer in lurch. Seems like good deal. Finally, they take 30 days just to process/send funds! I just learned this from friend. STAY AWAY FROM ELITE!!

      Had a great experience with *** ****! She explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. She was patient answering all my questions and helped me get the best value for my money. Im a customer that switched over from ******************** after they raised my monthly rate significantly. I was able to get the same coverage for a fraction of the price and if today was any indication of how future customer service will be, then I probably will switching my other properties over to Elite Home Warranty in the near future. Thanks ***!!*******

      All this company wants is your money they took 2 weeks before they sent a technician out now its been 3 months and still have not received a check to purchase a new oven top microwave every time I call them they say check is going out this week. This company is scam. They don't deserve no stars.
