I sent various packages on 05/06/23 with this company. the plastic container listed on the receipt contained, between other items, a car dash camera and its cables for a value $173.09, an Eufy smart lock for a value of $199.99 and 4 parking blockers. The plastic box was received by the company wrapped in plastic paper and clear tape and was delivered opened, missing the car dash camera, the smart lock and 2 out of 4 parking blockers with a value of $45 dollars. I went in person to the company to make a complain about this and they gave me a company credit for $300 dollars which did not covered the whole amount of the missing/stolen items. on 5/24/23 I sent other items with the same company (before finding out the items from previous package was missing/stolen) containing food and dog food and a Baruti perfume for. a value of $140 dollars, the box was received without the perfume. I contacted the company today 6/10/23 to complain about the second time in a row my items have been missing/stolen from my packages/boxes and they offering me a company credit which I do not agree since this means I have to use their company service in order to recover was have been missing/stolen. I am requesting a cash refund of the reming balance of the first shipment ($300 dollars credit used) and the value of the perfume missing/stolen for the second shipment. In good faith, and thinking it was going to be first and last time it will happen, I accepted the $300 company credit but I want to request the rest of the value that was not covered with that company credit and the value of the perfume in cash which is a total value of $213.08 in cash.
