      If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered some coffee pods which said would be delivered in a week. It says you cannot cancel your order, which is OK because I wanted my order. So after a week and it didnt show up I get a notice saying oops something went wrong in your order is delayed. I called and the lady told me it would be delivered in another week. No new delivery date. So I waited another week. I called again and they said that my order has been canceled. No emails no updates no nothing from bed Bath and beyond. After our from talking to the guy I get an email saying it was canceled. I couldve got my order along time ago if I wouldve ordered it from target. The least they can do is give you updates or emails or anything but they dont do any responses. With all the negative responses here I guess I shouldve looked first before ordering.

      We would like to apologize for any frustration as this is not the experience we strive to bring to our guests. In rare cases, an item may sell out before our inventory systems can update. We will attempt a backorder on the item, but if it cannot be confirmed to ship in a timely manner, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.       Their website states for, it seems like all, items that there is a separate price for BEYOND+ Members. So, I purchased a BEYOND+ membership before buying something that was pricier, and it did not reflect that price as stated on the item page. Luckily, a customer service member made it right for me and honored the price (after I brought the issue up to them), but certain items apparently are excluded from "coupons," including the BEYOND+ pricing, even though it is advertised on item pages.

      I objected to daily email promotions from Bed, ****************************** I now receive twice the number I did before. I was advised this harassment might continue for up to 90 days.I will never spend another nickel at Bed, ******************************I only rated them one start because I couldn't rate them no stars.

The process for unsubscribing from postal mail may be what the customer is referring to in the timeframe, but this would only apply to physical mail and not emails.       This people took my order on 04/16 and never send the Item. After waiting for over 3 weeks I called for the second time and an agent said that the manufacture was out of stock for requested Item and NEVER informed us about this matter. They clearly were planning to keep my money and not sending the item. They didnt care about anything but to process the debit out of my account. DONT BUY HERE. Their online is a scam

      The email was in the junk. I just responded. That doesnt change the primary subject. Phone number is also recorded and never reach using it. Stop scamming customers
