    VERY POOR SERVICE! I began contacting this business in March of 2022 and continued to try to talk to someone to resolve my issue. I kept getting reasons why they cannot help me at that time or wait a few months or call back in a few weeks. *** waited and waited then tried to call back. The phone was busy everytime. I finally looked up online and discovered the company has been temporarily closed. I payed money for this business to help me and I received nothing. This business owes me my tax refund that was promised by them or I want my money back that I payed them to help me. March 2022 to October 2022 is 7 months waiting and waiting for money that is owed to me. I will NEVER recommend this company to anybody!!!!
