    I enrolled in CyberKrafts *** boot camp expecting a structured, exam-focused course led by a ***-certified instructor. What I received was the opposite: the instructor had never taken the *** exam, was unfamiliar with the ********** **********, and offered no real guidance. He struggled through the labs during class time and admitted he had never completed them before.The only prep advice given was to read a 700+ page manual and do whichever labs you feel like. There was no focus on testable content, no study plan, and no structure. For a course that cost $2,000, this felt more like unassisted self-study over Zoom than a professional boot camp.When I raised concerns and requested a refund, I was denied despite CyberKrafts own Terms of Service stating that refunds may be granted at their discretion. I was instead offered a spot in a future cohort, which I accepted, but the lack of accountability and dismissiveness of my concerns make me question the quality of their programs overall.I would advise anyone considering CyberKraft to proceed with caution.
