      I joined Verizon wireless on 4/20/25 their billing cycle states 3/20/25....I spent 2 hours with their chat service and nothing got corrected.I'm very disappointed with the service, no explanations are given upfront, they sell something and if there is a mistake they refuse to correct it unless you spend 10 hours with the chat service! It's very bad business.

      Be very careful doing business with this company.We recently switched from T-Mobile, thinking Verizon would be better (they're not, worse in fact) and decided to upgrade our devices. These people had the nerve to flat out lie about us qualifying for additional devices at "no extra cost" (their exact words).We asked MANY times whether they were free and whether there would be ANY charges of any kind and they repeatedly said no and assured us they are free.Then our next bill comes due and we see charges of $20 per device ($20 per tablet x3 tablets or $60 total). We politely call and inquire about the charges and Verizon plays it off saying they understand and that they would ensure they remove the devices from the plan to remove the $60 in monthly charges. To no one's surprise, they didn'****, we call AGAIN and now the third rep claims both of the prior agents lied and stated that we should in fact be paying for the "free tablets", $10/each for three years!!! Which is hilarious considering one of the tablets retails for $120!!! So they intend to charge us $360 for a tablet that is literally sold at retailers for nearly 67% less. Sounds like a scam to me.If 2 of the 3 reps we've engaged with thus far have straight up shown they have no integrity and blatantly committed fraudulent acts then it's likely a reflection of the company's culture. And we don't do business with companies like that. And we've encountered many similar reviews from other disgruntled customers so this is by no means an isolated incident.

      I returned my Verizon internet device over two years ago and have documentation proving the return. Despite this, Verizon has continued to charge me monthly for equipment and services I do not have or use. Over this time, I have been charged approximately $2,000 for something I no longer possess.I have contacted Verizon customer support many times through both online chat and in-store visits. Unfortunately, no one has been able to resolve this issue or stop the recurring charges. Every time I explain the situation, I am redirected, promised follow-ups that never come, or told the case is being looked into.This has caused significant financial stress and frustration. I am now in the process of filing a formal dispute and preparing to take legal action. I urge Verizon to take accountability for these unauthorized charges and provide a refund immediately.

      My mom has been with this company for over 10 years. They have recently been shutting her off even with her arranging and sticking to their payment arrangements. This has happened 3 times in the last couple months alone even after my mom paid the couple hundred dollars they asked for leaving my mom without service to communicate with her job and also communicate in emergency situations. She had to drive through a storm just the other day without service because Verison shut her service off even after she paid the arranged amount. This is ******* me off & I am a boost mobile customer who has been with Boost just as long. As a satisfied Boost customer I urge everyone to switch to them and stop letting Verison mess them around.

      No stars ordered a phone never received it called to request refund its been a month every time I call I get a ticket number and a lie and I still havent received my money back if this is what the service is like Im glad I didnt receive the phone because the company lies and takes money and you dont get the merchandise or a refund I have to do a dispute to get my money back

      ******** company that outsources their service to other countries where English is their third or fourth language. Talked to multiple people for months to get the payment fixed and was told multiple times that it would be taken care of. Now my credit score has dropped 90 points and I have been sent to collections. Their level of incompetence is laughable and clearly no one knows what they are doing in this company. I have asked to speak to a *** level service person multiple times and have been denied the ability to do so. This company needs to be investigated.

      Cant say enough bad things about the way this organization treats its L-T ********** I have been married for 15 years and I have had VZW longer than that. In the past few years, the service has gotten atrocious. Pick a topic and they **** at it. Been extremely disappointed in about every aspect of *** and am looking to leave it. Suggestions are appreciated.

      This location should be closed. They lie and all they want is to up sell. I went into this store at around 1:30pm om April 19th to upgrade my phone. I had already talked with Verizon customer service and knew what I qualified for. When the young lady came over I told her what I wanted and she said I did not qualify unless I upgraded my lines. I advised her I had a text and had talked to customer service and they advised I did not need to do that. She went over and talked to her supervisor and then came back and stated sorry there was nothing they could do. I asked her to call customer service and she just kept saying I had to upgrade or she could not help. I left the store immediately got on with customer service and they said again, I did not need to upgrade. This store should be closed for DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!! I don't know how many people this has happened to but someone should look into it!!!!
