    I cannot express how disappointed I am with Vector Security Company. They were relentless in pushing me into a contract from a client that did not want their services from the sale of a home purchase, promising top-notch service that I never received. The moment I tried to cancel, it became an absolute nightmare. Their customer service was unresponsive, and the process to exit the contract was like navigating a labyrinth.It's infuriating that a company would prioritize locking customers into contracts over delivering on their promises. This experience has left me feeling deceived and trapped. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more trustworthy options. Vector Security Company's business practices are nothing short of unethical.

    After leaving Vector Security, I called several times using several numbers that was provided by the company to pay my final bill. I started calling around Aug 1, talk with *******, ****** and a ******* to get the amount of my final bill and what number I should call back to make payment. I have called all these numbers that was provided and no one answered the phone until Aug. 29. At this time ****** and ***** informed me that my account has been sent to collections. I call the collections company(********* ****** * ******) and they have no record of my account. Again I called Vector back and they state I have to wait about two days for my account to be added to their system. I have never had such a bad experience trying to make a payment. This experience make me wonder if Vector set me up so they could place me under collections, since we chose to go with another security company. No company should be allowed to practice these types business faulty procedures.

    To whom it may concern We received the review from the customer regarding an outstanding final bill. I'd like to explain the series of events that occurred that led to the account being sent to collections. In December 2020, the customer agreed to service with Vector Security and signed a 3-year agreement. On June 28,2022, the customer called in to cancel service citing frustration with the service. At that time, a courtesy call was offered and was declined. The account was cancelled and the final bill for the remainder of the contract term was created and sent to the customer on 7/1/2022. On 8/3/2022, the customer was called by the Vector billing team and was told that 'they didn't have a good number to pay the bill.' They were provided with the direct number at that time and said they would call back to make the payment. A final bill was sent on 8/11/22 with no response. A phone call was placed to the customer on 8/18/22 but the mailbox was full so no message was left and an email was sent instead. We did not receive a response from the letter or email. The customer was sent to outside collections on 8/29/2022 for non-payment. We'd also like to note that at no time during this process did the customer state that they had gone with another security company, even when asked by a Vector representative. We feel we made reasonable effort to collect payment prior to sending the account to collections and look forward to a positive resolution of this.
