*****************,We apologize for the experience you had recently. Upon reviewing your information, we installed your system back in 2017 for our affiliate Guardian protection. Your services are with them s***e that point, Security Force *** has not actually spoke to you or been to your home s***e April 2017 when we performed a service for a sensor you had dislodged. If you would like please email me any information on who was at your home and I can research accordingly to assist as i may have missed something but will do anything to assist.

****** in the office is completely incompetent. Ive have been trying for 2 months (since 3/1/23) to have billing switched over to my company. I didn't even get to talk to her until 4/25 in which she said she was going to email me some items. I got nothing. Left a voicemail on 4/26, called again on 4/28. What is it going to take for you guys to actually take my companies money?

********************, we apologize for any confusion. Your account is not with **********************. Security Force does contracting work with ***************** who is the owner of your accounts. I see the notes and emails we have received from them and we have worked with ***************** to get this handled. I will be calling you directly to get you connected with the proper person. I would hope that after i get this resolved that you could remove this complaint, as Security Force cannot do anything outside of what ***************** has us do. Thanks

They have helped me to find where the hang-up actually was. It wasnt necessarily their fault but they were able to push communication through once this complaint was filed.

This company is a fraud! The reason why the came to my home was because my husband filled out a ticket to win a riding lawn mower. He found out that he wasn't going to win anything when the sales person said that they were selling security alarms. My husband fussed the guy out and wanted to speak to the supervisor. When I walked in I had to calm my husband down. I felt bad for the sales person because it wasn't his fault. We had a supervisor come out to my home and apologized and said that they should have never told my husband that he won a riding lawn mower. He explained that they were selling security alarms. He said that we could try the alarm out for 30 days for free. They installed the alarm and we didn't even have it for a week and it wasn't recording anything. We tried to contact them too many times and could never reach them by phone. We would be put on hold and then the phone would shut off. One day, I finally got someone, a real person on the phone. I explained to a young lady that this system was put in our home, for over three weeks, it didn't work the first week, we could never reach anybody and we want them to come and pick it up. She said that she would have someone to call us back. No one ever called back. We had another company to come and install an alarm system in our home. We never heard back from Security Force until we noticed that monies was being taking out of our account. We didn't even know who this was. When we realized who this was, we stop payment. I received a letter in the mail saying I owe $3000 for an alarm system. I was appalled! I wouldn't have never agreed to a $3000 alarm system, especially one that didn't work. They put this on my credit and I don't appreciate it. I never signed anything with these people. The sales person did everything on his computer. If there was any contract that was signed, it was the sales person. They should be put out of business. FRAUD!!!

Upon receiving the address from the client we were able to investigate this complaint. We installed a portion of their package on 5/31/19. Their doorbell camera was the only component we couldn't install on that date, as the client was changing their internet provider and we needed to wait until that was complete. On 6/26/19 we completed that piece of their system. The comment that states the system wasn't recording a week after it was installed, cannot be accurate as the client didn't have a component that would record anything until as stated on 6/26. On 7/8/19 we did speak with the client as they were asking for us to reset their camera, as they werent happy with how it was performing with their network. We did this and the camera was working fine, Mr even called a week later and asked about adding more cameras for outdoors. We quoted out the cost and he stated he would speak to his wife and let us know. Then on 7/30 Mr called in about canceling his services as he stated we couldn't cover his outside area which we stated we could but he stated was going to go with another provider. At this point we discussed the terms of the agreement Mrs ****** had signed. Mr stated they didnt sign anything, at which point we forwarded him the copies of all documents that were signed, which he stated he received via his email and he would need to call us back about it. At the point of the initial work we performed, our technician did all required paperwork electronically which is all recorded electronically. We have the IP address it was sent from and the email address we sent it to. It also shows and timestamps when the email is opened and read. Our technician sent it at 6:34 and it was read on the email we sent it to 3 minutes later. We keep all these records for the protection of the client and our company in case any questions arise. These documents also have the client banking information which they provide to us for payment terms. The day after Mr. called us on 7/31, our team noticed the client had unplugged their system as it will notify us of this event. We reached out to call if they needed assistance but did not receive a response so we left a message. From this point forward, we did receive a few calls from the client to our after hours answering service, to which we called the following day but did not get an answer. Then after months of us sending mail and calling, we received a call from Mr. who was able to speak to our operations manager and they discussed paying 50% of what they owed as a way to settle them going to another provider. Our manager was never able to reconnect to go over this plan with the client. From this point forward until 9/2/2020 we made calls, sent mail and texted the client about their obligations which were never answered. Again we have all these dates and times recorded as needed. We then sent their account to our collections agency for them to work on receiving the funds we are owed per the terms of the agreement. Upon request we can provide all the same documents and time stamped history we have on their account. Security Force takes umbrage in the accusation that we were fraudulent, as we have been in business in NC for 20 years and we have a stellar track record with our client base. If a client is not happy with our services we make all attempts within our skill set to correct the issues, that is how we have always maintained our respectability with any client we connect with. We apologize to Mrs. ******, as it appears most of this communication about her services were with her husband so maybe there was a drop in communication with what we were discussing with him. The current amount due, is for all remaining amounts per their agreement plus late fess, and penalties as this has gone on for years now. If you wish to settle this account please feel to email me and we can discuss. Thanks

This is so crazy because the only reason your men were even in our house was because my thought that he had won a riding lawn mower. When the two young men got there is when my realized that he had not won anything. That was a scam to sell an alarm system. I don’t have the exact date because I don’t have any or I can’t find any paperwork. You guys have twisted a whole scenario to fit your scam but it’s not working. This is so far from the truth! I don’t remember all of the little details but what I do remember is that my husband got into a heated argument about the guys scamming people, telling them that won a riding lawn mower and they were straight up lying. I walked in on this and immediately tried to calm him down. One of the guys called a supervisor because my husband wanted to complain about the lies they were telling people. A man called back, I guessing that was you. I don’t know exactly what was said between the man and my husband because I was talking to your guys. The young Caucasian man said that he didn’t know why certain ones in the company keep telling people that they won a prize. He said that they should just tell them the truth and if they wanted an alarm system then they would buy it and I agreed. My husband continued to tell the guys to get out and take their system with them. The young black guy said that we could get a trial period and didn’t have to pay anything if we didn’t like it because of what we went through. To make a long story short, we agreed to try it out. He proceeded to put the system in. I don’t remember the exact dates The system was put in and you’re absolutely right, the doorbell camera was not installed for whatever reason. The young black man came back a day or two but couldn’t get the system working 100% because the system was buffering. We never changed our internet providers. Where did you get that from? You said that they system could not have been recording after a week of being installed because we didn’t have a component that would record? That’s not what we understood when the men left us. We understood that the system was working. Now you’re telling me that it wasn’t working. So what’s making sense to me now is that, we couldn’t reach anyone on the phone because we were under a trial period and you guys were waiting until the trial was over so you could charge us. I still paid the fee that would be taking either off my first bill If I liked the system or refunded to me if I didn’t. I never signed anything! If you have something that I signed, please forward it to me. I myself was calling and calling repeatedly trying to get someone to talk to me. I explained this story to several people, gave them our information and each time, I was told that someone would call me back. When I did reach someone, I was placed on hold and then it hangs up and no one never called us back. Now I understand! You should be ashamed of yourself. If the system was working like it was supposed to, we would have kept it the system. I also understand why the guys didn’t any paperwork, he did everything on his little tablet. My husband asked the young black guy what was punching over there on his computer if we were getting a trial period and we all just laughed, no one signed anything. Your guy did all the work on his tablet. You say my husband wanted you to install more cameras? My husband never wanted the system period! He even said that someone from the company sent him something via email but he later couldn’t find it. My husband is not technology savvy but he shouldn’t have been sent anything, all of the correspondence should have been sent to me. I’m the one that paid the fee. I’m the one that stopped payment after I realized that you guys were charged my credit card after we told you to come and get the equipment because it was not working and we were tired of calling the company. Security Force was not trying to get back with us, they didn’t want the equipment. We’ve had the same security company and have not changed since you guys. Have everything been perfect? Absolutely not, but when we call they answer, they call us back, they walk us through whatever the problem is and it’s always fixed. A few times, I wanted to get rid of them but they are so prompt with us and are always eager to fix the problem and they always do This just makes me feel like you guys targeted us and you got upset when we chose another provide because your equipment wasn’t working. Even in your email to me you twisted the truth. I have a large clientele and I would never do such a thing to any of my clients. This is the reason my base is so large. I will do anything to help my customers, even the feisty ones because when they are happy, I will get a referral and so on. The customers are always right, even when some of them are not right. When you provide a service to a customer, you also must provide good customer service, and make them happy, no trickery. This is what I feel that Security Force did to us. I hate this because I had a good conversation with your guys. One of them said that he was one sale away from getting help going to college. I can almost bet that was probably a lie too. I am going to use every platform that I have to let everyone know what happened to us with this company so that no one else get lawn mower scammed.

When I bought my new house, the builder sold me a package with SFI security, once we figured out that I had the actual equipment that I paid for, (builder didn’t offer proper equipment). Paid for wired had wireless etc. anyway, SFI was awesome and ***** one of the Tech’s even gave me his cell to keep in touch. Everything was good and then the Builder sold my account to another company not SFI. They are awful! After 2 months waiting for my system to be corrected and still wasn’t, I switched back to SFI! Amazing Tech Support and a good customer service team! Thanks ***** and ***** for working with me so well to address my issues!
