    I had failures with a RAID1 array that I could not recover from. I contacted file savers and sent them my hard disk drives. They looked at the problem and gave me an estimate for recovery of my files. Once they looked at my drives they told me recovery would come in at the high end of their estimate at $ *****. Weeks later they sent me an invoice for $4,100. I asked them for a directory listing of the files they recovered twice and got no reply from them on either request. It seems to me that any honest business with integrity would be willing to provide proof of work. I now have zero chance of recovering years of family photos and other info.
