    BEWARE of charges for developer services for which you have no control.After many years of good service from Cii Technology for an email account, I was invoiced for over $400 for account migration because problems developed with my ability to access my email account after the migration.In working with the Cii developers they told me they were not able to determine what was wrong or how to fix the problem. Eventually the problem seemed to resolve on its own as no one could tell me what they had done to fix the problem. In the end, I ended up migrating to a different company for my email service.I appealed to Cii to modify the charges for the developers time since I did not feel they had spent their time resolving the problem, but instead learning at my expense. Cii decreased the charges by ~$30. I was disappointed by this response and no longer feel willing to recommend service from Cii Technology.
