    Amount Paid to Business: $1,512.00 Business Commitment: Device Magic was to provide a software subscription service titled Professional-Annual-2021, valued at $372.00 per device on the account. My business (known as AutoTron) only needed usage of 1 device on the account, so we should have been charged $372.00 for the entire year.Nature of Dispute: Device Magic changed the amount of devices applied to the account, from 1 ********************** to 3 devices. My business did not provide formal approval for this change, there was no written consent provided for this change. In addition, Device Magic upgraded our subscription plan from the plan we signed up for Professional-Annual-2021, to a more costly plan titled Max-Plan-2024-Annual. This change was never discussed, nor was it ever approved; and as a result my business ended up being charged $1,512.00 for the year, instead of $372.00.Has the business tried to resolve the problem: Unfortunately, Device Magic has not tried to resolve the problem. We have reached out to Device Magic attempting to get our subscription plan changed back to what was originally agreed upon, and they have not been so helpful. Device Magic has refused to provide a refund, and they have also refused to cancel our subscription plan; effectively locking us into a yearly plan with a service that we are refusing to stay signed up for. Most recently, Device Magic has begun to ignore our email responses requesting a solution to this issue.
