  We had a warranty issue on some new windows and they came out and made it right. The technician drove from ************** to repair them and i cannot thank them enough. HUGE thank you to ****** the technician and the regional manager that helped us out

  If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. My home builder selected and installed the PlyGen windows before I purchased ************ of my 3 1/2-year-old PlyGen window panes cracked in a sub-freezing weather event. ********** referred me to the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim, which required photos. Cornerstone, which manufactures the PlyGen products, responded that "stress cracks" are not covered under their warranty. I now have to find a glass window company to replace *****************. Clearly, their product is of low quality, and they get away with it by not covering basic issues under their warranty. I wish I could replace all my windows, as I'm not confident they'll hold up over time. It's very disappointing and a terrible consumer experience.

  NO STARS!!!!! This business did stonework at *************** #2 *********************** in ****, ****.Units are less than 5 years old. Exterior stonework completed by this company started falling off units within the first year. Some stones should they fall can seriously injure or kill someone. We have contacted the company various time to have the issues corrected. We have received confirmation from Cornerstone Building Brands (CBB) stating they used a bad batch of mortar. Yet refuse to correct this or reimburse the association for the consistent repairs needed. What will it take for Cornerstone Building Brands to correct the work done at the Concord Village PH 2 **************** Child (under 10 years) was nearly hit with one of the falling stones. He could have been killed!!Company Represenitive ************************** is refusing to respond to emails or calls from the associations management group.

  I have dealing with brock windows and doors for the past 2 years and still have no resolve. They installed a damaged door and came 5 times to install a new one. Each new door was worse then the original. They finally stated I would receive a refund and now they won't return my calls. * **** ***** ***** **** * ***** ******* ***** ************* * ** ***** ** **** ***** ******** **** *** **** ********

  Do NOT purchase ply gem products. We purchased a 4 panel multi-slide door and the manufacturer does not stand by the product. Referred us to where we purchased and blamed the problem on the installation.The door track came with double sided weep holes allowing water to enter our home. This product is defective. There should only be weep holes on the exterior of the door. Cost was exorbitant as it was and now cant get resolution.We received zero assistance from this company after finally getting a phone call after about 6 weeks of follow up emails, etc. Buyer beware!

  I concur with other customers! If I give a zero rating, I would! Cascade Windows has been the absolute worst vendor I have ever dealt with. I have been working for six months to get a final reply to our claim for 31 failed windows. You read that right - 31 windows! The first agent I worked with has left Cascade, can't blame him. I have some email correspondence from the manager, *******************************, but she is now not responding. I've emailed pleading for assistance and spent the last 30 minutes today trying to get someone on the phone. Their phone lines must be down as they go unanswered, no matter what extension you select. This company should be closed!

  I would not recommend this Brand, specifically silver line edition. This company has made a feebal attempt to resolve my issue. When you purchase a new home, you expect to have peace of mind. Instead of taking responsibility they insist it is a humidity issue not a leaky very drafty window product that exists. I am now pursuing further action.

  I would not purchase Ply Gem products. I purchased eleven windows from them and had an issue with one window, which I tried to resolve through their warranty process. They repeatedly told me they did not have my information although I sent it numerous times to their original email. I sent phone number. No response. The information was also sent to them by *********** You can get a better product at Lowes. *******************

  They talk about customer service but don't give any after the sale is made. I called one week ago to request energy information on my doors they installed. Despite 4 phone calls and one email over the course of the week waiting, they NEVER responded. Today I find the grant program ended last night and now I lose almost $12,000 due to this lack of courtesy.

  We ordered a $300 custom window through ********** and waited over a month for it to arrive. Shortly after accepting the brand new window it was discovered that it did not open straight but would open at an angle and become stuck! There was also a wrinkle in the screening that cannot be fixed. ********** quickly assured us a new window was on the way. Almost a full month later we receive an odd shaped box from ply gem Pacific windows and inside we find some window parts! PARTS! On the box is ply gems phone number so I proceed to call and ask why we were sent parts for our brand new defective window and if we were to expect a service man to come and install them. After talking to 4/5 people I'm finally connected with the woman responsible for deciding to send parts instead of a new window to fix the companies mistake. She tells me "it's a simple task and any homeowner should be able to fix it" and hangs up on me! I called back immediately to speak with her supervisors and has to leave voicemails with both of them. That was over a month ago and I have yet to hear back from this company. No apologies whatsoever. So from there I take this matter back to ********** who at least tries to have some decent customer service. Their fix is to get a hold of the instate representative for this company and send him to our home to install these parts. He was here probably two weeks ago now and he admitted that the parts sent were not going to fix this window and that it was built improperly. We are still waiting for the new window to this day and STILL have not heard a thing from the main headquarters where I have left messages. Terrible quality and Even worse customer service. I actually am appalled that ********** uses this company for anything
